What does profile completion mean?

In the Applicants tab, you will see a "Profile completion" column. Here you'll see the percentage of fields an applicant has filled out in their profile. 

You'll notice new icons under that percentage. The icons represent the sections of the profile that the applicant has completed: phone, availability, work experience, education, and skills.
