Welcome to Wirkn’s Help Centre! We have worked hard to include all the information you need to know to make the most of our platform. We’ve designed the Help Centre to be a live source of information, so we’ll continue to update it as new features of the platform are released.
This section of the Help Centre is geared towards hiring managers and other users of https://employers.wirkn.com/. It is divided in four categories:
- Welcome to Wirkn! - In this part you will find general information about how to get started with your Wirkn account, including getting access to your location and re-setting your password.
- Navigating the platform - The articles in this category will guide you through the different tabs and features of the platform, with the exception of posting jobs and managing the applications.
- Posting and deleting jobs - Here you will find everything you need to know about adding and managing job postings.
- Managing candidate applications - This is the category for you if you’d like to become more efficient at sorting through and managing the applications. It includes step-by-step instructions on browsing through candidate profiles and using the filters in the Applications tab.
