Do I need a profile picture?

A profile picture is completely optional! If you add one, try to target your head, neck, and a bit of your shoulders in your photo.

Dress Professionally. Typically this means a dress shirt, blouse or nice sweater.

Keep it Simple. Avoid busy backgrounds as well – standing against a solid-colored, light background is best.
